Welcome to B&B Plaza Italia, a family-run bed and breakfast in Mendoza, Argentina. Since 2002, we have welcomed travelers from around the world, offering personal attention and local knowledge to help them make the most of their stay. Breakfast is included and served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 am, with an earlier breakfast available from 7:00 am upon request with advance notice.

Our two-story house combines fine classic furnishings, a few modern touches and paintings from our family collection, giving it a personal and welcoming character. Guests can relax in the shared living and dining rooms or enjoy a quiet moment in the rear patio. It’s a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring Mendoza.

Close to the Main Attractions, in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood
B&B Plaza Italia is ideally located for exploring Mendoza on foot. Plaza Independencia, the heart of the city, is just 300 meters away, while Sarmiento Avenue, home to several of the city’s best-known restaurants, is only 200 meters away. At the same time, our house is right across from Plaza Italia, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.

In 2002, we opened our family home to travelers, becoming the first B&B in Mendoza City. What began as a family home soon became a place where we could welcome guests from around the world. Since then, we have continued to offer a warm, personal welcome, sharing our local knowledge to make each stay in Mendoza easier and more enjoyable.

We live in the house and welcome our guests in person. Having lived and worked in Mendoza for many years, we know the city and its surroundings well.
